DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?
Absolutely! Our bakery takes pride in offering a variety of vegetarian options, and the majority of our bread selection is entirely vegan. Currently, there are only two exceptions among our extensive bread offerings that include non-vegan ingredients. Rest assured, we are continually exploring ways to expand our vegan offerings to cater to a diverse range of preferences. HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
Ensuring the freshness of your purchases is our priority! We provide bags and boxes for your items; please keep them securely closed. For products requiring refrigeration, promptly place them in your fridge upon arrival. Consider using an airtight container for optimal freshness. Should you have any specific storage queries, feel free to reach out – we're here to ensure your enjoyment lasts!
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?
Regrettably, due to the compact size of our bakery, we are unable to accommodate gluten-free items. Our daily operations involve working with significant amounts of flour, over 100lbs each day. The nature of our process, with flour in the air and on surfaces during dough preparation, poses a risk of cross-contamination. As a result, we prioritize the safety of our customers and choose not to offer gluten-free items to prevent any potential adverse reactions. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any other inquiries you may have.
